1. The service
ChannelGrow is business software. Manufacturers use it to manage their partners, catalogue, pricing, orders, stock, delivery and billing; their distributors, dealers and retailers use it to order from them and manage their account. It is for business use by people aged 18 or over.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your login; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- If you sign in for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.
3. Orders and business dealings
Orders, prices, credit limits, invoices, payments, delivery and returns are agreed between you and the manufacturer you trade with. ChannelGrow provides the software that records and moves them, but is not a party to those sales and is not responsible for the goods, their delivery or payment between you. Raise those questions with the manufacturer.
4. Acceptable use
Do not:
- break the law, or use the service to defraud or mislead anyone;
- try to see data that is not yours, test or bypass security, or disrupt the service;
- upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights;
- scrape, copy or resell the service, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows;
- send spam through the messaging features.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
5. Your data
You keep the rights to the information you put into the service. You let us host and process it only to run the service for you and the manufacturers you work with, as described in our privacy policy.
6. Our software
The service, the app and their design belong to ChannelGrow. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while you have an account, under these terms.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running and secure, but it is provided "as is": we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features; if a change significantly affects you we will tell you in advance.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, ChannelGrow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, sales or data, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. A manufacturer can also remove your access to its workspace.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
